Chien-Po is a character in the Disney animated film " Mulan " (1998). He is one of the three soldiers who accompany Mulan on her journey to defeat the Huns. He is depicted as a large, strong, and jovial man who is good at cooking and is very loyal to his friends. He is also shown to have feelings for Mulan's alter-ego, Ping.

Mulan asks her friends from the army, Yao (Harvey Fierstein), Ling (Gedde Watanabe) and Chien-Po (Jerry Tondo), to dress up in distinctly feminine clothes and makeup.
