You can go my preferred route, suck it up and save the scrap for shields - usually, you can buy them in the middle region of sector 2. The other option is shared with Stealth B: Upgrade your cloak early and often.

#1 Biohazard063 Jul 18, 2013 @ 1:28am Upgrade the cloak, it's only 30 scrap for lvl 2 and 60 for lvl3 but the extra time you get can make a big difference. Also know when to cloak: cloak when he fires his weapons, not from the start. This way he weapons won't only need to recharge completely but the shots he fired will also (mostly) all miss.
